Launch Party October 31

Elnora’s Gym: “Where Ladies Do Fitness”

Atlanta, Ga (October 1, 2009) - Famed street ball player Dennis “Spyda” Chism will celebrate the opening of his new ladies gym on October 31 at 12 p.m. Best known for his tenure on the And1 Mixtape Tour, Chism joined forces with his mother Elnora Reddick to make this dream a reality.

“I’ve always wanted to open a gym but wanted to take it a step further,” he says. “This was just the right time for me and my mother to do this together.”

That step further includes providing holistic-inspired foods and smoothies to compliment each workout in a safe lady-friendly environment. The launch party will have free food, free massages, service demonstrations, door prizes and surprise celebrity guests and local politicians.

The gym offers  the following classes: Pole dancing, Stiletto, Self defense, Kick boxing, Aerobics/step class  Yoga and  Boot camp. Other Services:

Massage Therapy, Personal training, Specialty fitness classes, Healthy concessions and smoothies.

About Dennis “Spyda” Chism

Spyda was the 2nd contest winner in August of 2004 as a part of the third season of “Street Ball” on ESPN 2. He first appeared on the AND 1 scene when he tried out in the Los Angeles Open Run in 2003 and was selected to compete for an AND 1 endorsement contract. Despite not winning the contract last season, he demonstrated tremendous resolve and returned when he tried out again at the 2004 Las Vegas Open Run. Again, he was selected to join the Tour as a “TV player” and began competing for the AND 1 endorsement contract. He posted a tremendous summer highlighted by his dunking ability and was selected by the AND 1 Mix Tape players to become the newest member of their team. He was presented with an AND 1 jersey at the conclusion of 2004’s last game in Washington, DC on August 21st and remained on the team until the show ended. He is currently on tour with the Ultimate Sizzle Streetball Tour as well as the Sky No Limit tour.
